DIRECTOR OF SALES

A recruiter for a local company (Cleveland) is looking for a Director of Sales. This position involves putting together an inside sales team primarily responsible for outbound sales calls and the development of new business. The company is involved with selling optical components, transceivers, primarily for the fiber optic industry. The ideal candidate will have had some outside sales experience, have shown the ability to develop and lead an inside sales team, and have the skills of coaching, etc. to help make this team successful.
