POSITION TITLE

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

 

Banquet Manager

Some college or advanced food and beverage operations training and two years experience in banquets or food and beverage operations, including supervisory/management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Good communication skills and knowledge of banquet catering in hotel or similar complexity, including off-site events.

Housekeeping Supervisor

High School Diploma or equivalent plus 1-2 year housekeeping experience, preferably in a hotel of a similar size and complexity, including some supervisory training/experience. 

 

Catering Sales Manager

Some College plus 1-2 years sales or catering related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Knowledge of hotel and food & beverage operations preferred. Position will be focused on Social Catering. Experience with large events preferred.

 

Front Desk Agent

 

High School diploma or equivalent, plus one year front desk/guest service experience.

 

Bartender

Qualifications include basic reading, writing and math skills. Knowledge of liquor brands, beer, wine, champagne, non-alcoholic beverages, designated glassware, preparation methods and garnishments. Formal bartending training preferred. You must meet state legal age requirements.

 

Sous Chef

Qualifications include completion of High School diploma or equivalent, plus 2yrs experience as a in a fine dining setting with at least 1 yr management/supervisory experience. Strong leadership and culinary attributes. Degree or certificate in culinary arts preferred.

 

Housekeeping Trainer

 

1-2 years of related housekeeping experience. Previous housekeeping supervisory experience preferred.  

 

Laundry Shift Leader

Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent plus 1-2 years laundry experience, including some supervisory training/experience.

 

Houseperson

 

Basic reading, writing and math skills. Some housekeeping experience preferred

 

Room Attendant

Basic reading, writing and math skills. Some housekeeping experience preferred. Carrying or lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds and pushing and/or pulling approximately 200 pounds. Frequently standing up and moving about the facility.

Room Service Order Taker

Qualifications include basic reading, writing and math skills and ability to handle multiple incoming calls and work on a keyboard. Previous experience in a customer service position preferred.

 

Sales Representative

(Part-time)

Requirements include a High School diploma or equivalent, some prior college and experience in hotel group sales/catering preferred. This job requires ability to perform the following: Proficient PC computer skills, internet researching skills. Some knowledge of Delphi and the current marketing area preferred.

 

Restaurant Supervisor

High School diploma or equivalent and one year food service experience in a full service restaurant, fine dining preferred. Some college or supervisory experience preferred. Positive attitude, strong work ethic and customer service skills.

 

Banquet Server

(On-call)

 

Qualifications include food service experience with general knowledge of banquet operations preferred.

(All full-time positions unless referenced as part-time/on-call)
